Flight Simulators

I want to test some flight simulators. The goal is to find one that can simulate current european area aircrafts with the ability to test them on european grounds.

Possible targets so far:

Falcon 4.0
M$ Flight???  simulator (which version?)

X Plane

Eurofighter (tycoon?)
