I read about this before but now I finally found the complete solution on how this works and even more interesting tips and tricks on how to succeed on this.

What I am talking about? It’s about the 3hour sleep cycle on 24h basis (!)… I always wanted to know how to succeed in getting more productive hours of work and now the complete solution with additional information on how to not fail this is available online ..
